Service Guarantee within 24 hours
The Company may provide a "satisfied or reimbursed within 24 hours" commercial guarantee when the order is placed.
When specified on the Site at the time of the Customer's order, a Customer who is not satisfied with the Training has the possibility of receiving a full refund for 24 hours after validation of the order and provision of the access codes to the Platform. This guarantee applies on condition that a maximum of 30% of the Training videos have been viewed.
Extended Service Guarantee Description
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond the initial 24-hour period. With our "Service Guarantee up to 30 Days," customers who find themselves unsatisfied with their purchase can avail a partial refund.
Specifically, if a customer voices their concerns between the 24-hour mark and up to the end of the 30-day period post-purchase, they are entitled to a refund amounting to 70% of their original payment. This policy reflects our dedication to ensuring our clients are content while also accounting for the services or products already consumed.
If you have purchased a “hard good” (for example, a book or other tangible product) from Win Ecom or any related brands, you have the right to receive a refund within seven (7) days of the date of your purchase, if you comply with the following conditions:
You must request a refund in writing by e-mail to support@itswinecom.com.
Unless subject to additional rights outlined in your purchase agreement, your request for a refund must be made within seven (7) days of your purchase;
You must return the hard goods to Win Ecom immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
The hard goods must be returned to Win Ecom in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Win Ecom sole, reasonable discretion.
This refund policy specifically addresses digital goods available for purchase through Win Ecom. Predominantly, this pertains to products like ebooks, spreadsheet and other non-tangible items in documents format available on our platform.
Nature of Digital Goods
Digital goods differ fundamentally from physical products. They are intangible, delivered instantly, and once accessed, cannot be returned in an untouched state. This unique nature necessitates a different approach to returns and refunds.
Criteria for Refund
The main condition governing our refund policy is the status of the digital product. Once an ebook or any other digital item is successfully downloaded by the customer, it denotes that the transaction is complete and the product has been fully delivered.
No-Refund Stipulation
After a digital item, such as an ebook, has been downloaded, Win Ecom, along with its associated brands, does not provide refunds. The rationale behind this is simple: once a digital product is downloaded, it becomes irretrievable from the user, and thus, any return or refund mechanism becomes infeasible.
Customer Responsibility
We urge our customers to exercise caution and discretion when making a purchase decision regarding any digital product. Ensure that the chosen ebook or digital item meets your requirements and expectations before completing the download process.
Refunds are applicable only if the complete fee of the product is paid without any balance. Clients would not be eligible for the refund percentage even if they fall in one of the mentioned clauses or if they haven’t paid the complete full-service fee mentioned.
The Company reserves the right to provide any other type of guarantee, including in the context of special offers, for which the specific conditions of application and duration of validity will be provided to the Customer.
Win Ecom reserves the right to reject any request if any requirements are not fully met. Products may not be returned due to incompatibility with any software or device. Refunds are issued minus costs, fees, processing expenses, or related charges. In the event of the item’s return, the client will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment or if that is not possible (e.g., wire payments) we will send you a check. All payments are processed in US dollars, and any refunds are limited to the exact amount paid in US dollars. VAT payments and any differences in exchange rates are nonrefundable.
User must email contact [AT] support@itswinecom.com for any request. The request was not acknowledged if the user did not receive confirmation within forty-eight (48) hours. It is the consumer's responsibility to ensure that all requests are correctly received and acknowledged.
